Returns

After receiving an item, you have 15 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, it must not have been worn or used, and it must have all tags and the security seal attached.

To initiate a return, contact us at berne@mast.it. Returns must be shipped to the following address: Berné, via Borfuro 12F, 24122, Bergamo (BG), Italy.

Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs and any customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds

As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know if the refund has been approved or not.

If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via the original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank, credit card company, or PayPal to process and post the refund.

Once more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return, please contact us at berne@mast.it.
